Who we are
My Realtor Inc. operates the REMS Central®. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the portal, deciding why and how that data is used. Contact: Help.REMSsolutions@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Account data (name, email address, login credentials, account status and role) — to create and secure your account and provide access to the portal. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Content you enter (property records, contacts, vendor and emergency information, uploaded spreadsheets) — to provide the Service. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
- Support and message data (requests you send us through the portal and by email) — to respond to and resolve your requests. Legal basis: contract and our legitimate interest in supporting customers.
- Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser information, log and error data) — for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Subscription status received from our Merchant of Record — to manage entitlements. Legal basis: performance of our contract. Payment card details are handled by Paddle and are never stored by us.
Who we share data with
- Service providers and subprocessors that host our infrastructure, database, authentication and error monitoring.
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers such as legal and accounting providers, where necessary.
- Authorities where we are required to do so by law.
Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion at any time.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, authenticated access, row-level data isolation so each client can only reach their own records, and restricted administrative access.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email Help.REMSsolutions@gmail.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to keep the portal secure. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but the portal may not function correctly without the essential ones.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
